Youthful Shake

As my co-worker divulged to me her moms secret to looking 20+ years younger with hardly (if any) any medical problems I couldn't help but create my own rendition of this blueberry, banana, and milk style shake. Thus, I came up with this yummy youth in a glass recipe :)
Ingredients
1 Cup - Milk
1/4 Cup - Blueberries
1/4 Tsp - Almond Extract
1 Packet - Carnation Instant Breakfast in Vanilla
1/2(3 inches) - Banana
1 Tbsp - Honey *Optional*
1 Cup - Ice, crushed (add more ice if desired)

Combine all the ingredients except for the crushed ice at a high speed setting in a blender for 1-2 minutes. Once the ingredients are blended add in your crushed ice and blend until the crushed ice breaks down a bit. Serve in a tall glass, drink and enjoy!
