Pina Colada Protein Shake

This is definitely one of my fave protein shakes to make whether it's summer or winter, I'm feelin' tropical all year round ;)

1 Cup - Milk
1/2 Tsp - Imitation Coconut Extract
1/4 Tsp - Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Cup - Pineapple Chunks, Frozen
1 Scoop - Muscle Milk Light Protein Powder, Vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a blender for about 2 minutes or until blended. Serve in a glass or coconut shell. Drink and enjoy!

*You can even add in a small banana if you want to add a little extra fruit variety to this.
