I decided to go on a strict 3 day diet, why 3 days? Because new diets can often suck and after learning what the lovely Miranda Kerr from Victoria Secrets eats and drinks...I'm not so sure how crazy I'm gonna be about eatting and drinking some of this stuff on a daily basis. Also, I wanted to see what results I could accomplish in a short amount of time, at my weight though I'm pretty sure their will be weight-loss and who knows...if it comes easier then it seems right now I may perhaps keep going for a week or so.

"Miranda eats only organic food, and maintains a very clean and healthy diet. She believes in a healthy nutriention rather then calorie counting. Don't deprive yourself of the foods you love, just eat them once in awhile(once a week or less) and in moderation(don't over eat). Miranda frequents the Bondi Junction, which is an organic food cafe in Sydney. She is very aware that what you eat affects how your hair, skin, nails, and body look. Not to mention how much energy you have, and how you feel in general. Healthy weight loss is the way to go!"
