Busy Working

Work has been crazy busy for the past several weeks/months, even with 3 days off I've just been feeling exhausted on 6hrs of sleep a night (I have weird sleep patterns). I recently discovered I should be making a dollar more at work but due to lack of my Leads ability to keep up with everyones yearly evaluations I've been getting short changed and apparently I'm not the only one.
